This group is friendly and well mannered. They have a nice backyard. They do have big egos. They have a fun group for parties. They are a smaller chapter which has benefits and issues.

They are definitely the smart or accepting sorority. But it’s embarrassing when they self rank, most thetas are a lil weird but that’s what makes them thetas.
