Seems like they are on a plateau, it's hard to be "top house" when they don't even have a house. They need to be more selective with their pledge classes and not just try for numbers. They are known for being super respectful to women and all sororities but haven't thrown a party in a while to even proove that to anyone. What they lack in campus involvement they make up for a little with their brotherhood, seem like a tight knit group of guys with potential; it's just not quite there yet.

Kinda floating through space right now. As soon as they get a house, members will start crawling in and the parties will start again and they will be a top house. Until then, they're sitting at a top 3. That's it.
