Worst brotherhood on campus. Everyone and anyone can get a bid. They claim they have a house but don't. May I remind you that a fraternity house has letters on it, yours doesn't even have a flag. These are the guys that get friend zoned. Do not join.

they were a top house back in the day, but when they come back it will take years and years to rebuild. they will be like another AOPi on campus (too new to be good for awhile)

Honestly this fraternity is great. They throw fun parties and most girls seem to have nothing but nice things to say about them. They did take a big pledge class last semester (might be for dues), but the brotherhood is definitely not lacking. Would say they are middle tier right now but will be top tier soon given they continue to have solid pledge classes and get a house. Altogether great guys though.
