It's so funny that some people give this sorority a low rank... it's obvious they are just haters. Tri- Delta is a really good group of girls with a strong sisterhood. They do a lot for their philanthropy and love to have fun.

Phi Delta Theta is a great fraternity, they have an unmatched brotherhood in everything they do. The amount of bonding that goes on within the fraternity makes Phi Delta Theta stand out above the other fraternities

Theta isn't top house by any means but I think they have the best reputation. Very smart, classy, and involved in lots of organizations. Not a lot of bad things said about them besides that they care about academics. House is really nice too (thanks theta twist). Definitely the wives of campus.
