The guys are genuinely nice if you have a conversation with them and are super easy to talk to. Their parties this year have been super fun and they definitely know how to actually throw one as opposed to the others on campus

The pledge classes keep getting better and better. The last two but mainly this new one is full of super hot girls and they're definitely getting way more selective. It'll be good to see what they do with next year recruitment and I see them out and they're super nice and chill. Probably more middle tier but on the rise but they have the actual sisterhood thing down especially in the younger classes

How on earth are they currently ranked as number one? The amount of things that happen behind closed doors is ridiculous... the bracket ranking for girls is very real and they place bets on who can sleep with the most girls (including the brothers that have girlfriends). They have no problem continuously feeding drinks to girls to get them drunk to take advantage of it. All they do is boast about being top house but at what price: making everyone hate you? It's not working and they are nowhere close. There are some very nice individual members and they truly stand out as great people that are being held back by less classy brothers.
