why is zta a top house?

So honestly why is ZTA considered a top house? There are like 10 pretty girls which are the ones you see all over their social media, and then the rest of them are just average or awkward. They don't participate in a lot and they got a small pledge class this year. So why is ZTA a top chapter? Sure some of their girls are awesome, but as a whole they aren't that great. From what I've seen they're considered top for having the hottest girls but overall as a chapter they're not that hot....

I'm in a top fraternity on campus and ZTA is pretty much our favorite house. They are nice girls who like each other a lot (the majority of the time), won a ton of stuff for homecoming last year, are a good time, and have tons of hot girls. Nothing wrong with having a small pledge class if it's the best one.

This is probably a bitter girl from another chapter writing this. We love you ZTA!

i could literally name 15 girls off the top of my head in ZTA who are hotter than any other sorority combined
so if you're going to use hotness to ask why they're top house i suggest something else

I agree with the O.P. because if you look at most of their photos it's true. They have a good number of average looking girls. Some people like them, some people like others better. It's just a matter of preference.
