What do you mean by "dress nicely"? ZBT dresses whatever, but not bad. Pi Kapps wear cargos lol. SAE, PIKE, and Lambda Chi all dress pretty fratty!

And yes they do have formals and semis. PIKE just had their semi last Thursday and it was amazing:)

I'm actually in a sorority and I was simply using Pike as an example because they're semi was recently. Lambda Chis formal was fun too. Don't hate!
