Recruitment isn't a grueling process. Formal recruitment takes three days, it's a long, all day process, but you're getting the chance to mingle with every sorority. Non-formal recruitment is more laid back and doesn't require three days. You'll have fun and make sisters in whichever sorority you feel fits best.
