You put in a lot and get out little. Girls are petty and mean spirited. They’ll talk about you behind your back to other sisters any chance they get. They enforce rules as they see fit. This is my first full year and probably my last for these reasons. Disappointed and feeling like it’s a bad fit for me now. My parents don’t pay my way I do and I’m paying to be treated badly and not appreciated at all. I thought it was a sisterhood it feels more like the hood. Not happy and feeling like what I was sold isn’t what I’m getting.

Not a nice group. They think they're the top house on campus, but they're actually a bunch of jerks. Don't bother with them. I'd suggest choosing another fraternity. They don't understand what an actual brotherhood is.

The advisors and exec board expect us to come to them but when we do it gets blown off and we get targeted by certain people in the chapter until we get pushed to drop. Our chapter is not inclusive body size wise like they claim and that’s Michelle’s fault. Also Michelle only posts her fam and people she likes on the instagram and excludes the majority of the chapter. Lilli runs away when things become “too hard” for her like she didn’t beg her way to her position. Olivia and Christine claims big little pairings were random but they weren’t and they didn’t follow gamma phi procedures. Christine hand picked her own little. The values gamma phi has as a whole has is amazing. If only our sisters actually held themselves up to these values, we would be a top tier sorority. Many other sororities and even frats said if we just came together, that we would be able to have a great sisterhood.

Dont get how they claim they support each other when they dont. Also interesting how they say they are all inclusive and brooke claims that but everything gets handed to her like her exec position when she is on academic probation but they pretend she isnt just goes to show lilly will do anything for herself and the people she likes

This sorority deserves to be shut down…bad bad mean girls…show offs and their all jealous of each other which leads to multiple fights/arguments then a camera shows up and they smile, pretending they all like each other and everything’s ok when it’s not. MULTIPLE GIRLS HAVE DROPPED THIS SORORITY! IF ZTA CALLS YOU BACK YOU MIGHT AS WELL DROP!

I think it’s funny that some people claim they are part of the best sorority and are so inclusive when in reality they aren’t. And now we have elections coming up, we have people running for exec positions that haven’t been the kindest. This includes sisters that body shame, money shame, etc. My biggest problem is honestly the fact that a certain person is running for President and is already talking bad about other people who are also running. On top of that, she and some of her fam have openly admitted that she has created fake TikTok’s and instagrams to troll other sisters insecurities, body structures, and looks. Let’s just say this sister is currently on the exec board and is the inclusive chair as well (what a joke). Many sisters have stated if she is president they will drop. A new sister would run the chapter better and more fair/inclusive than her. Guess we’ll see what gamma phi is like in January.
