why are you recruiting different kinds of guys now? You're still the real "powerhouse" but even LXA got you this semester. Obviously Phi Delt did well too (hot) but I had high hopes for you.

They're very much known for their partying antics. I do know several girls from high school who are in ZTA and they do nothing but party. I went through recruitment and they just seem to pull ideas from the pass. Like there was a Tiffany & Co. theme, that was a ADPi theme from last year. And they just dress inappropriately, especially for a formal function such as recruitment.

Congrats on keeping your chapter on the rise and making it grow. However, many of your girls need to be more respectful to one another. It's NOT okay to bang a "sister's&quo t; bf or a guy they just broke up with. How do I know? I live with a ZTA and she tells me about it. Also, please don't call out girls in ZTA. They don't deserve the attention.
