Congrats on keeping your chapter on the rise and making it grow. However, many of your girls need to be more respectful to one another. It's NOT okay to bang a "sister's&quo t; bf or a guy they just broke up with. How do I know? I live with a ZTA and she tells me about it. Also, please don't call out girls in ZTA. They don't deserve the attention.

You are a small Greek org at UNLV and there's nothing wrong with that. But please don't think Greek Rank improves your sororities' image at all. BECAUSE you are so small...this might be the FIRST impression people see from you girls (it's pretty OBVIOUS that if the majority of people on here don't know who you are...then YOUR members are the ones doing 99% of the positive ranking). Focus on making an impact OFFLINE. Peace.

why are you recruiting different kinds of guys now? You're still the real "powerhouse" but even LXA got you this semester. Obviously Phi Delt did well too (hot) but I had high hopes for you.
