Hey new guy, just to let you know don't use Greek rank to research any fraternity and the same goes with sororities. Phi delt does have some douchey guys but all fraternities do. Phi delt is a good chapter they have a good brotherhood and the girls like them for the most part. If you're rushing in the fall and you're up to the standard I'd say give phi delt and pike good looks. They're definitely top two.

I'm looking to rush in the fall, so I'm still doing research on the fraternities. I saw that this fraternity was ranked #1 on greekrank but was disappointed to see the comments were less than informational and nothing but drama. I get the feeling that these guys are douchebags, and they're all pretty vain. After meeting members from other fraternities at UNLV, there's no way you guys are top tier.

Zetas are the girls who weren't good enough to make it in Delta Zeta. They have a chip on their shoulder because they're always behind DZ in recruitment. 31 girls dropped Zeta since last fall and they'll take anyone this semester to meet quota. If they don't get 60 girls their nationals could pull them off campus. Delta Zeta PUT THEMSELVES ON 1 SEMESTER PROBATION. Get it straight go Delta Zeta ;)
