Agd has always been a pretty middle tier sorority to me. They get compared to sigma kappa a lot. I think the difference is that sigma kappa has actually grown quite a bit and capitalized on their diversity but alpha gam is still pretty much the same. They’ve become boring since their cool girls went alum. I’ve heard their sisterhood is iffy. They remind me of horse girls.

Honestly it’s been a very steady rise for sigma kappa over the past decade in terms of academics, involvement, popularity, and looks and i think they get better every year. Adpi is falling, zta is falling, agd has remained pretty consistent, and axid has risen a bit but they’ll fall to bottom tier again soon enough. Diverse, great relationships with phc and fsl, not snobby, lots of cute girls, and their academics have really improved. Sounds like top tier.

This sorority as a whole has incredible values, however don't join eta rho if you want any hand in the leadership aspect of it all. The advisors play blatant favoritism, and their favorites on exec throw everyone on their team under the bus if they forget to do something. It's incredibly cliquey despite everyone being grown ass adults. Eta Rho has a really jacked up Big/Lil system that is 100% random so chances are you'll get a big that you have nothing in common with and they will never talk to you! (Ain't that great). Gamma Phi truly is an amazing organization, but the blatant favoritism and shadiness given by those "nominated" into leading positions is utter bs.
