Perhaps you ought to read Zeta Tau Alpha's official web site. In 1970 they adopted the Association of Retarded Citizens - now known as the A.R.C. - as their philanthropy. My concern is why this wonderful charity was dropped or is now largely ignored. No one is calling anyone names or being disrespectful; that is the name of the charity. There are people who are interested in all the aspects of a sorority, not just the social benefits.

Almost rushed DZ last year, would've been the worst mistake I've done. They have been on probation more times than any other sorority and lost many privileges. They included a bunch of more plain girls to boost their GPA and aren't top house anymore and their sisterhood suffered. Beware

So I am planning to join a sorority this fall and after going to the first booth day and the premier, I can honestly say that DZ is definitely one of the best on campus. There were a couple others that were pretty great but I have to say that these girls were the best. They seemed so welcoming, involved, comforting, and just excited to meet everyone! Cant wait for Recruitment and to learn more about this amazing sorority!
