Yeah they are too house if all you care about is looks and partying. They have zero sisterhood. Trust me. From outside looking in it's amazing. Then it's hell when you join. You will never feel more alone

ADpi is going to be the top house soon... they always have cute girls with a few standouts and they consistently do well in homecoming and grades. They have a rep of being too domestic etc but I know they are always nice to other sororities. Go greek!

They have improved so much within the past year... they always look good and every class they bring in keeps getting better! TRI SIG is on the rise.

Truth is DZ is still a top house... just under ZTA and probably ADPI (depends on who you talk to). But they continue to self rank, talk crap on other sororities, and refuse to be involved.They have continued to take lower quality girls but still think they're top house but have been on the decline for a while now. They need to step it up with their next pledge class or they're going to be mid tier.

I'm rushing and after talking to multiple people in Greek life here, I will not be rushing DZ. Idk much about their sisterhood on the inside, but I don't want to risk not having socials or events like they did last year. And at their booth, they were talking mad crap on other sororities when all I've heard is that all the sororities were a team... except for them. That's not a sisterhood I wanna be a part of.

DZ needs to stop living off their past reputation. these past years have not been good to them... girls, you are much better going ZTA and ADPI. Poor sisterhood, been on social probation last year, the girls aren't social or involved... or not even good looking. Mid tier now at best what happened Delta Zeta!

I'm rushing along with all my friends from high school... ZTA is the obvious choice for top house, and I know that's what everyone I know thinks on campus. All the girls are gorgeous and easy to talk to ... and seem diverse and smart!! Definitely blows all the other girls out of the water. ZTA <3

with the sanctions for a year and with the new pledging ban i feel it has really demotivated there chapter, its either going to be a struggle for a long while or they will fall under.
