Could i rush okay with a high school GPA of 2.8 next year?

You would be able to but some chapters have higher gpa requirements than others. Also average chapter gpa is important so the members do take that into consideration. Waiting a year would give you a wider selection though

Alpha Gamma Delta and Alpha Delta Pi have the highest GPA requirements. Most chapters, however, want a high school gpa of a 3.0 though. Try to raise your GPA and rush in the spring or the next fall. Spring rush though is only some sororities.

A 3.0 or higher would make you safest for most sororities.

I rushed this year with a 2.9 and was released from all but 2 after first night. Wait a semester.

Panhellenic GPA is a 3.0 I think. Most girls this past recruitment that had below a 3.0 were dropped after the first night. I would look into it more before you pay the recruitment fee of like $35 and what not
