I don't attend Memphis, but wondering why DG is considered so negatively here when they have a member competing in Miss America? I found the bio listing which members were greeks and it's hard to imagine a low performing chapter producing a contestant.

DG is good only in Mississippi; however the chapter in Memphis has a lot of good members, not just as good as other chapters.

To say DG is only good in Mississippi is stupid. Most DG chapters in the west coast and east coast are top as well as the north and mid west. Dg is usually mid tier at southern schools but else where they are typically top. They are extremely popular nationally and the one of the biggest sororities nationally

just because they aren't the typical sorority girls, it doesn't mean they suck. they have a lot of really nice, smart girls. and they have a really good sisterhood.
