Here are the new rankings, in order. A lot of things have changed since I started school here.

Top:
ATO
LXA
Sig Ep
Sigma Chi

Middle:
SAE
Pi Kap
KA

Bottom:
ZBT
FIJI

lambda Chi top tier? Jess must really like watermelon.

I agree with Jess, except I wouldnt put Sigma Chi on top. They have fallen. 2 bad pledge classes in a row. They're still ok though. LXA is top tier, sure they dont party much, but they have a lot of involvement. 6 FC counselors, 5 orientation guides, homecoming champs for 2 years in a row, chapter of the year.

ATO is also on the top, but for different reasons. Best parties, hottest/fratiest guys, some campus involvement.

I would also put SAE on top because of their frattiness that is on par with SEC frats.

Top 4. No particular order, just depends what you're looking for...

Sig Ep- Sports
ATO- Parties
LXA- Campus involvement
Sigma Chi- Big house

Middle
SAE- Fratty, but small and not very popular for some reason.
Pi Kapp- Partiers, but not nearly as popular as ATO.
Pike- Ehh, they're OK, but they don't have a house or a charter and you never know who's a member because it constantly changes. Gonna take them a couple years to be taken seriously.

And the rest...

sae: biggest house, rowdiest crew.

memphis frats are a joke except for ato and sae

Pretty Good (used to be the best): Sigma Chi, Sig Ep

Middle (give them some time): SAE, Pike

Lower: Pi Kapp

Lowest: ZBT, KA, FIJI

It's hard to rank them because it all depends on what you're looking for in a fraternity. Go where you feel most comfortable. Honestly if you get into one of the following fraternities then you're good.
