Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Memphis - UM 2.6 Sigma Kappa is new, so obviously everyone is going to like them. Their sisterhood is full of clicks and I have heard these girls, on multiple occasions, talking badly about one another. They blew off a few frats in the fall by not attending their scheduled swaps. Overall, most, not all, of these girls went sigma kappa because they got dropped by their top houses during formal rush. They got kicked off campus once for being totally out of control, and it's very possible that it'll happen again.

They lost their charter on campus because of financial problems due to membership retention...not because they were out of control. This was like 6 years ago when the current actives were in middle school. Not their fault. No need to bring it up again.

We only had one swap in the fall and that was with KA.

Just to confirm, my cousin was a sigma kappa at Memphis before they were kicked off campus. The only reason they had to leave was because of financial issues. It had nothing to do with anything else but financial.

The swaps were canceled because advisor didn't pay attention to her schedule and couldn't be at the swaps there fore they weren't allowed to have the swaps without their advisor there. It was out of sigma kappa control

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Memphis - UM 4.8 By far the best sisterhood! I am not about the whole greek life scene but I am friends with a bunch of sorority girls and about every sorority talks so bad about each other, like I actually heard a few KD's talking about their own sisters, but I have watched the girls in sigma kappa all love and support each other and I'm glad one sorority could do that here!

By far the best sisterhood! I am not about the whole greek life scene but I am friends with a bunch of sorority girls and about every sorority talks so bad about each other, like I actually heard a few KD's talking about their own sisters, but I have watched the girls in sigma kappa all love and support each other and I'm glad one sorority could do that here!

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Memphis - UM 5.0 I've met a few and they really seem to be Sweet Girls.. It seems that every sorority has a few wild ones, along with a few sweet ones. We will see if they can pull it together in the spring

A lot of frat guys are interested in them right now because they're the shiny, new things, but they'll fall back to where they should be soon. Building a sorority to greatness takes work, and I'm not sure if they have it. They got quite a few formal recruitment rejects who were blacklisted for poor reputations.

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Memphis - UM 2.4 Don't get me wrong, they'll probably be a great chapter in a few years, but I think all these sisterhood comments are jumping the gun. Sisterhood takes time, experiences, and hardships. The more you go through as a chapter, the more you grow together. They're so new that they haven't had time to really experience that yet! Very sweet girls, but they are obviously still adjusting to Greek life. They need to really watch how they present themselves at fraternities houses and social media!

Sigma Kappa - ΣΚ Sorority at University of Memphis - UM 5.0 So willing to help others out, not just in their sorority but in their community as well. They are working very hard to contribute to the Greek and even non-Greek community. They show amazing enthusiasm with everything they do and I think that the other sororities on campus need to learn a lesson from them and see how to actually behave.
