Join phi mu if... 1. You think being unkind to other women is okay 2. You want a poor reputation amongst peers 3. You do not want to be involved on campus 4. You want to be in a sorority that has no diversity 4. You don't want to be taken seriously 5. You would like to have your college experience be like high school because of the fake friendship and superficial standards 6. True sisterhood is not important to you

girls....trust me...DO NOT GO PHI MU. you will not like it. I know its tempting because they seem pretty and put together...but don't. I cant even express how bad this sorority is. Whats going to happen is you are going to choose this sorority based on superficial and immature reasons and you are going to get in and realize you made a horrible choice because phi mu here is laughably horrible. then youll be stuck there for four years. just trust me

I agree people shouldn't be so mean, however, Phi Mu is the least involved on campus among the sororities. They have a very poor reputation and to argue against the comment below me, they are not on the rise...they are falling very quickly. They are unfortunately becoming sort of a joke on campus and it is not in the best interest of the PNM to go phi mu. In a sorority you want sisterhood, campus involvement, and a good image and phi mu I seriously struggling on all of these things.

I don't understand why people give Phi Mu such a hard time. They had several more girls involved with Frosh Camp, orientation guides and Up Till Dawn than in years past so saying they are going downhill is very inaccurate. Their sisterhood also seems to be genuine so I'd reconsider all these negative comments because Phi Mu is on the rise.

It hurts me to see all these horrible comments about phi mu. I've never met a phi mu that I didn't like. sure I like some more than others, but they all seem to be genuine girls. they're more involved on campus than people are giving them credit for. a lot of them have become my good friends this summer from frosh camp or orientation leaders. don't be so quick to judge them because of their looks or anything else. get to know them and you'll think differently.

I feel bad for the freshman girls that will go phi mu this year. freshman go through recruitment thinking that phi mu is the popular good sorority and they don't realize until they go through that phi mus are uninvolved and have an extremely poor reputation among campus and peers. they are headed downhill so fast. the phi mu letters carry such a negative connotation

Former phi mu...not surprised yall are bottom tier now. being in this sorority was a joke. everyone hated us and we had no true sisterhood

they seem to PNMs at first like they'd be good but then you finally come to memphis and realize how crappy of a sorority they are.

Probably the best looking and talented girls on campus but other than that their pretty snotty and dont have much else goin for them.
