hazing in sororities
by: pnmHonestly, how bad is hazing in each of the different sororities? I'm a freshman and wish I rushed this year. I want to next year I think but I'm afraid of the hazing.

Not all sororities haze. Some of them have sober periods. Some have mandatory outfits you have to wear. Some have mandatory study hours. Some are known for doing things most girls consider "actual hazing" like forcing you to do stuff at the house or screaming at you. Sdt and kappa are known for being bad but worth it. Aephi is better this semester. Sk does not haze at all and neither does axo. Chi o doesn't haze but has strict rules.

Chi O really doesn't have strict rules. All the events besides new member meetings are optional, and even those you get 3 absences per semester. We don't have sober periods, mandatory outfits or mandatory study hours. It's a very relaxed environment.

considering that pretty much anything done within your greek organization can be considered hazing (sober driving, study hours etc) its safe to say they all do
