top frat and sorority

Personally, I think this website isn't always accurate. Sorority members and fraternity members can go on and rank themselves the best, then turn around and rank their peers the worst. So percentages can be off. If you want an honest answer of what's the best just look for the frat and sorority that have the highest number of ratings. There's a reason people talk about them. Could it even be out of intimidation to bring them down?

Kappa Sig has 77 reviews, but they clearly aren't second best fraternity. They're also one of the youngest fraternities so it's obvious all their brothers self rank.
