Why is it taking so long for UMass Panhellenic Council to put out Fall Recruitment material/sign up? Does anyone know? Last year it was up by the end of May...

Both the IFC & Panhel E-Boards don't take the initiative that the past E-Boards did. It seems like they're both already burnt out.
