Spring ‘25 In Depth Frat Rankings

Top Tier:

Pi Kapp, Kappa Sig - Both have good throwing spots for indoor parties, which is crucial for winter. Also both can throw this semester.

Phi Sig - They are allegedly banned for the first few weeks of the semester from throwing, which is keeping them from being top, but subject to change.

Lower Top:

Theta Chi, Alpha Sig - Both in hot water with either the school or the cops, which may keep them from throwing. Rumors around theta not being able to have much a presence on campus in the coming year, nonetheless both high ranking in social sphere.

Pike - This may come as a hot take, especially due to the fact that these guys don’t have a house. But they have a solid first class of guys and have been dominant in philo and campus presence. Although they think they are cooler than they are, their nationals is powerful and they are cemented to be a top frat in the coming years.

Upper Mid:

ATG - The farmer frat, yet they have a nice lettered house, and they do throw some banger parties. They know how to stay in their own lane, and while not a dominating presence, certainly a solid frat.

Sig Chi, TKE - Both super solid frats. Great guys, mediocre parties, but well respected in their own sphere, although stagnant in the rankings, def could move in the future.

Mid:

ZBT - ZBT is a decent frat, even though they get clowned on, they throw really good outdoors and have a good location for their house.

DCHI - Honestly really nice group of guys, they throw pretty packed parties and their house is in an amazing spot, although their house does get a little too crammed as it is small.

Lower Mid:

Sig Ep - Honestly a nice little group of dudes, they are really nice and unfortunately have fallen off the face of the earth due to recruitment issues, but they have a nice little satellite, and they are great academically.

Bottom:

AXP - Really nice guys, nice house location, although they aren’t very “fratty” per se. They know their crowd and stick to their guns, which is respectable.

Delta Sig - Honestly didn’t even know these guys existed, super far satellite from campus, and a weak presence. Won’t see them around much longer if they keep this up.

Phi Delt - They apparently are getting shut down due to lack of members, also throws ok parties but they try to trick people by not saying it’s their party, which is kinda odd.
