Sig ep vs d chi

Can someone give me the rundown between sig ep and delt chi interested in both

both have pretty quality guys but both frats are considered “upper bottom” for their own reasons. DChi has been pretty lowkey these past few semesters but still super good guys overall and pretty average at everything with a pretty nice house. Sig ep is very up and down, they’ll either be really popping off or not at all. it really depends on who’s running it. they’re smart guys usually top gpa on campus, “work hard play hard types” really quality guys but don’t have a great house right now but if they did they’d be a lot better off.

Sig ep has so much potential and they used it in 2022 all went downhill after that
