Is pike taking over alpha sig? Phi sig or theta? Thoughts on pi kapp

PIKE will be eventually taking the ASig house probably within the next 2/3 years if PIKE takes off on campus. Phi sig and Pi Kapp are probably your best bets for the higher end houses TKE or Sig Chi for the mids. I’d reccomend Sigep or Dchi for lower end houses but Sigep is mainly engineers

PIKE does not have the house yet no. PIKE owns the house but ASig has a lease for at least another year or two
