chill srats worth rushing?

i’m gonna be a sophomore next yr and i’m thinking of rushing. i love to go out and being in a sorority seems fun but i also still wanna do my own thing and do other clubs and stuff. Are there srats that you have enough time to do that with? i’ve heard from friends in gl that it can make u rly busy
