out of these id put tank them Sig ep , AXP, DSP, Phi delt

judging based on quality of members, current numbers, recognition and quality of parties and potential to rise more than anything else

Why DSP over phi delt though they don’t throw and are much smaller

I put DSP over phi delt because throwing isn't everything and they're not that much smaller if not the same size. Phi delt is known as being the most cringy on campus which knocks em down for me

Really I never knew phi delt was cringey I just thought they were a low tier. What makes them cringey?
