they didnt recruit well, and simply couldnt afford the house anymore.

Lames don't know UMass Greek history..just frats not fraternity men.

ADP couldn't recruit enough to afford the privately owned house on N Pleasant. Kappa Sig with over 100 brothers at the time around 2015-2016 were able to rent it after.

ADP dissolved pretty much while leaving the house
