Rising Frats at UMass

the 1-5 spots are on lock with PiKapp, Theta, Phi Sig KapSig and ASig(no order) but there’s been a lot of development with the smaller frats. Lots of fantasic energy with UMass greek life lately.

ZBT - I will say they are on the super rise throwing fantastic parties and their new satilite puts them in contention for the #6 if they have a good rush
TKE - super prevalent many good locations consistently good parties, themes, and most of all brothers know how to have a good time with guests and lots of campus recognition giving ZBT some healthy competition
SigEp - best of the lower tier, been recruiting surprisingly well even though their location sucks, decent parties, great tailgates last fall. If they have a rush like last fall and get a good new spot soon they’ll secure a lower mid spot under DChi.

This is not sayin the rest of the frats are not falling or rising just that these 3 are showing some noticeable strides comparatively and a lot are staying the same
