yeah… okay. AEPi seriously died out on campus since they got shut down which shows how up to speed you are. Phi Delt is currently near the very bottom and you put them at an upper mid rank? you put DSP over TKE, SigEp, and ATG which makes no sense whatsoever. like realistically what are these rankings based on?

I get that you’re in phi delt mr Nick Spano but you put phi delt over ASig, ZBT, and SigChi. frats at a higher caliber than even TKE, DChi ATG and SigEp and you put DSP no hate on them over most of them. i agree TKE and SigEp are low but Dchi TKE, and lately SigEp suprisingly after this last year are all in the same general category with Sigep at the bottom of them. Phi Delt is at the bottom of the AXP DSP, Phi Delt trio and it’s no hate on them they’re just so new.

at umass you can really judge frats in 3s
PiKapp/PhiSig/Kappa are pretty interchangeable
ASig, SigChi and ZBT are the next 3 generally with ZBT and DChi being interchangeable
Dchi, TKE, and SigEp have been the latest lower mid with SigEp and AXP being interchangeable
AXP, DSP, and phi delt are all bottom rn
and i don’t feel like including theta
