Non lettered frats party ranking best to worst:

ZBT-criminally underrated, some of the best parties I’ve been to at UMass, really respectful brothers, Aren’t crazy about there ratio, but always PACKED on a Friday
TKE-Great vibe, super chill brothers, always popping
SigEp- Cool parties, some of the brothers a little weird, far walk but still usually worth
DChi- Chill vibes but didn’t throw many great parties this semester
AXP- Weird vibes too be honest, didn’t have a great time here
Sig Chi- heard they have 80 brothers don’t know how, their parties are awful
Phi Delt- had to take the 31 there not making that hike again lol
