From what I know,only the eboard has to live in the house

They have a 2 semester housing requirement

They have a housing requirement and you can get pulled into the house before even getting initiated if you don’t have a “valid excuse” not to move in. Several girls have had that happen and having a umass housing assignment is not enough of an excuse according to Chi O.
