Alpha Sig (-) Doing a big philanthropy event for the town of Amherst but lost a lot of seniors. This year could make or break them considering this might be their last year at the Pike House.
Pi Kapp (↓) Brothers aren't known to be the best looking or acting and will possibly lose their house this year due to many ambulance and police shutdowns at their parties. Best house on campus though
Kappa Sig (↓) Nice Lettered House but in the middle of nowhere and its hurting their reputation
Sig Chi (↑) Small but good Brotherhood and Good Philanthropy. Okay Sorority Relations. Rising Mid Tier House
ZBT (↑) Same as Sig Chi
TKE (↑) Same as Sig Chi

Bottom:

FIJI (↑): Bottom and Rising due to new house on Frat Row
AXP (-): Small Irrelevant House on the other side of Campus
AEPi (↓): Tight Brotherhood and a lot of Philanthropy but a lot of bad apples due to complaints. Might get kicked off campus soon

I am in one of the mid tier frats,and this is hands down the most honest ranking I have seen with explanation and how people in frats see other frats.

The Top and Bottom are relatively the same. There’s going to be a lot of action in the middle with the possible downfalls of PKP, Kappa Sig and if they don’t get a new house or find a way to keep the Pike House, Alpha Sig. This could also mean for a rise of players like TKE, ZBT and Sig Chi as they are gaining a lot of traction.

Agreed with the mid tier frats situation.After TKE lost their house,I am not sure about how they’re gonna rise up.With PKP and Alpha Sig losing their houses in the near future,I see sig chi or zbt being lettered.Kappa sig will survive due to their house and nationals imo

TKE never lost their house lol, they just have 4 unlettered. Idk whose writing these but sig chi and tke have the best sorority relations i’ve seen around here
