-Kappa Sig will go down to Middle Tier
-Fiji will go up to Middle Tier
-TKE goes to Lower Middle/Bottom Tier
-AEPi gets kicked off campus
-Theta gets possibly gets kicked off campus (50/50)
-Sig Chi or ZBT are the closest to getting a lettered house as of right now
-Pi Kapp gets suspended due to many party shutdowns that occurred over the past school year

Cuz Fiji is too new and doesn't have enough of a street cred or a good enough house to go to mid tier. They don't have a house on Phillips street and they're far too small.
Theta won't get kicked off cuz they're on so. pro. until December 2021. If they do another dumb thing they will get kicked off, but I doubt that they're gonna test the limits.

Predictions if on campus:
Theta doesn’t do anything dumb and stays and has suspension ended in December
Pkp gets in minor trouble for party violations and starts to seriously worry about paying for their house—sig chi or ZBT will have big rumors about them getting it but it will actually be tri sigs nationals who ante up and throw mad cash if it’s available—which would decrease the number of good frat houses at umass to 3
Kappa sig STAYS middle
Fiji stays bottom
Aepi becomes more irrelevant
TKE falls to low mid after suspect pledge classes
Alpha sig finally puts respect on the pike house and goes top tier\n\n\n\n\n

How will Fiji not go up to mid tier?
Also, never said Sig Chi or ZBT will get a lettered house. But I'm saying as of now they have the best shot out of all the middle tier frats to get a lettered house.
How will Theta not get shut down either. They get shut down all the time whether its doing dumb stuff at parties or hazing.
