They have the house for 5 years idiot. By the time they have to give it back, if they have to give it back, a lot can change. Both you and everyone on this site will graduate by that time. It doesn't matter.

It does matter, people want to visit the house, where they made all the memories, back after they graduate. No pike is going to let you in then.
