Strictly based on the parties and how big of a house they have

top: Theta Chi, Phi sig, Alpha Sig
upper mid: Pi Kapp, Kappa Sig
mid: Sig Chi, ZBT, AEPi, TKE
bottom: Delta Chi

If you also wanna take into account sorority relations, campus involvement, and other things

top: Theta Chi
upper mid: Pi Kapp, Alpha Sig, Phi sig
mid: Sig Chi, Kappa Sig, ZBT, TKE
bottom: AEPi, Delta Chi
