Yes and no. Both Alpha Sig and Sig Chi get tons of traffic between each other. People who get rejected from Alpha Sig go to Sig Chi. Occasionally, it happens vice versa. Most of the time, so many ppl come thru that both get full enough to reject plenty of groups. It doesn't actually hurt them. In fact, it usually is more positive for them than negative.
They also seem to work together in clearing people off their property, with both Sig Chi and Alpha Sig yelling at people together to clear off.
