thinking about rushing zbt in spring

I’m thinking about rushing ZBT in the spring. Does anyone have any pros or cons about this fraternity and what is their reputation on campus?

Tbh, in my honest opinion. They’re worth rushing because like the first poster said. They’re on the come up and have grown a lot since their first got on Phillips Street. However, saying they are lower middle tier is an understand and they are more towards the straight up middle. In a few years, once their older members graduate, they’re definitely gonna upper middle tier as ZBT has a lot of young faces. Although ZBT may not be a top house, they definitely have the potential to be one. One other plus is that they aren’t the stereotypical frat guys you see in Theta and Phi Sig so there is a lot of diversity in personality in ZBT. I wish you the best of luck with your process and find the house that’s right for you!

They had 25 brothers going into this year. They started with 25 pledges (Think they ended with like 18 or so). Kinda tells you the quality of the chapter right there.

ZBT I believe had a total of 60-80 rushes in the Fall. Out of that group, 25 got bids. That’s the amount of bids that they would usually give but only around 12-15 usually accepted their bids in previous semesters. I personally think they did not expect for pretty much all 25 kids to accept their bids. Which does tell you the quality of chapter they have because virtually everyone who got a bid accepted and didn’t go to other fraternities.

I believe they started around 29 and finished with around 26 or 25.Numbers aside,I believe that you should rush multiple fraternities.
