Who should get the house vs who will get it?

Nobody is going to get it, unfortunately. The Town of Amherst has passed a ban on allowing any more lettered fraternity houses to open at UMass so the house will either get torn down or used for another purpose

TKE will get it

TKE is probably going to get it because first off their nationals is one of the biggest in the nation and they have been pushing for a house for many years and are willing to do whatever it takes. Matter of fact they were about to take PKP or Sig Chis house. Also Amherst never said no more frat houses they just put a cap that there can only be 6 total in the town.
