Anyone want to try to break it down in tiers?

Top Tier: Theta

Mid Tier: Alpha Sig, Kappa Sig, Phi Sig, AEPi

Lower Mid Tier: Sig Chi, Pi Kappa Phi, TKE

Bottom Tier: ZBT

Absolute Garbage Tier: AChi Rho, Delta Chi

what makes theta top tier in comparison to any given mid tier? just curious because i do not think theta is as deserving of top tier as this website says they are

Better sorority relations than anyone on campus (They are miles ahead of everyone in terms of relations, and I'm not a Theta), better philanthropy, better parties, best house for socials on campus, do a lot with their house compared to some of the other frats on campus with nice houses (i.e Pi Kap, Phi Sig, Kappa Sig).

It's mainly in the fact that they have super solid sorority relations, which is what most people look at.
