how does a sorority pick a girl?
by: helpwhat goes into picking a girl to join their sisterhood? I understand it's who they get along with but what else do sorority girls look for in recruitment?

The top things sororities will look for us your high school involvement (or college if you’re a sophomore). Do you possess leadership qualities and will be involved in the chapter? Most also look at your gpa, however that will not make or break getting a bid. Also, do you click with the girls who are rushing you? You want to put your best foot forward. Don’t be someone you’re not, but be the best version of yourself. The rest will fall into place. Best of luck! :)
