less rushing

What sororities have a less involved rush? I am worried that I wont be able to do well in school at the same time

Its definitely a good investment, just a few hours out of your day.

Recruitment/rush is the same for each sorority because it’s an organized formal process. The first 2 days you visit all 8 chapters, then it goes down to 5 on the 3rd day, 4 on the 4th day, 2 for pref night and the 6th day is bid day. It’s a mutual selection, you may not get the max amount of chapters allotted for the day after the first round. But it doesn’t take more than a couple hours out of your day that week and in order to join a sorority you need to go through the process, you can’t pick and choose chapters

I think your talking about pledging not rush. Each chapter is different with requirements and time commitments. Some programs are notoriously time consuming while others are a breeze. I’d say go with the chapter you click with
