Here comes the wisdom. Prospectives and current Greeks need to stop looking at the reputations and start looking at the culture. Too often do prospectives join an org and go inactive by senior year because they only joined due to a few guys rather than the organization itself. Need UMASS greek life to cut the attrition for the top half of members, since they are too valuable to the system-seniors and juniors have the power to make or break their organizations, let alone lead them, so them staying active is important to each org's success.

Right, but it can be done without showing everyone that you can use a thesaurus.

It's pretty easy to understand him, it's just that he doesn't have to phrase it in such a complicated manner. It's literally show-off-ish.
