Top - kappa, sk
Upper Mid - sdt
Mid - aephi, chi omega
Bottom - igu, tri sig
Irrelevant - axo
Frats:
Top - theta chi, pike
Upper Mid - sigma chi, aepi
Mid - phi sig, kappa sig, tke
Bottom - axp, zbt, alpha sig, atg, delta chi, pi kapp

A little adjustment
Top: kappa, sk, and sdt are interchangeable. They're all very different but have their own ways the make them too
Mid top: aephi. Cool girls but lack of a house keeps them here.
Mid: chi o. Just average.
Bottom: igu, tri sig, axo. I do agree axo is irrelevant
Now the frats are a bit more dynamic. The fact thatyohbut aepi anywhere near the top is appalling.
Top: theta chi, pike. There are reasons both shouldn't be here but it still probably won't change
Mid top: kappa sig. whether people like it or not, these guys are really moving up
Mid: tke, phi sig. tke is really above phi sig but not on kappa sigma level. Phi sigs house is the only thing keeping them relevant
Bottom: everyone else

how many kappa sigs are on this site self-ranking? Do they have a special committee designated to going on this site and self ranking?

Yeah thats pretty much facts but I would put Sigma Chi atleast in the mid, doesn't necessarily have to be above phi sig or tke, but atleast in the same tier
