Not bad, this is how I would change it based on your rankings:

1.theta chi, pike
2. tke, kappa Sig
3 phi sig, alpha sig
4 Alpha tau gamma, sig chi

kappa sig is coming up, if they arn't on par with pike and theta chi yet they will be soon

My reasoning kappa/phi Sig are above tke and alpha sig is because of the house. Not saying they are better in every way just higher ranked based off popularity. i.e. Pike gets horrible rep, still top teir due to popularity.
