do all sororities and all frats mix at least once?

Just curious how mixers work. I'm planning on rushing a sorority next year and it seems like a lot of people point out how certain frats/sororities always mix with each other. Do they mix with each other every week? Or do they all eventually mix, regardless of tier?

some frats/sororitys have closer relations so they'll tailgate together more or mix more but for the most part every frat will mix with every sorority at some point

Most top tiers mix with other top tiers and bottom tiers with other bottom tiers. Like AXO never really mixes with pike and other top tiers, they usually mix with other bottom tiers like kappa sig and alpha sig. frats have legit cancelled mixers with bottom tier sororities. But like kappa usually doesn't mix with with bottom tiers, they mix with other top tiers like pike and theta.
