I agree. They may not have a lettered house, but AEPi is certainly up there with PIKE and Theta

I'd say the top tier is accurate and the middle tier is also good, but I've never been to any Sigma Chi parties and the kappa sig parties have been pretty lit, so I'd swap those two or at least put kappa sig in middle tier...

Maybe its because I was just initiated but I was under the impression Theta and AEPi were the top 2 frats, most of the guys in the new Pike PC that I know rushed somewhere else and didn't get a bid and a lot of them aren't the nicest either

Top four are above the rest but middle is way above middle bot
