frat rankings?
by: eeeI'm transferring here and I was thinking of actually rushing a frat, what are the rankings and feel of the frats here?

Theta: preppy cape cod/Boston kids, best house biggest parties most inclusive to guys not in the frat and closest with SK
Pike: meathead/athletic new jersey and mass kids, lettered house closest with kappa
AEPi: Big out of state/ New York presence, multiple/best satellite houses throw the most parties and closest with SDT and Phi
TKE: Mostly mass, less committed brothers but athletic and well liked by girls have some good Satellite houses
Phi Sig: mostly mass, nice lettered house, liked by sororities but have he rep to be the weirdest out of top frats
Any other house is going to not have a great social scene but still some great places if that's what you are into

A few issues 1- aepi does not throw the most parties and they don't have the "best" satellite houses, they just don't have a real house. 2- I wouldn't call tke "less committed" they're just smaller then other fraternities 3- phi Sig is also very well liked by gdi's lotta open parties 4- I would say these are all the top fraternities but theta and pike are above the rest
