pike vs theta?

A lot of these comments are valid and a lot are not- obviously theta chi has a much larger house and therefore a bigger capability for OPEN parties. And I would say honestly that theta has better open parties than pike. However, MIXERS don't really matter with house size, and pike throws great mixers and does better with specific sororities. If there both having open parties yes I would go to theta and their party would be better, but if my sorority is choosing who to have a mixer with on a Thursday we would choose pike because they do well in that area. Obviously this isn't the same for every sorority but it's my opinion
